In light of this week's reports concerning COVID-19, we would like to share our business continuity plan with you, our customers, and also explain our role as an essential business within our communities.

As an essential business, DOUGHERTY PUMP & DRILLING, INC. provides services and supplies to water/wastewater utilities, homeowners, water systems, agriculture and other critical infrastructures.

Additionally, we also play a crucial role in the supply chain for local food, pharmaceutical and industry production facilities. While many of you will be temporarily home, out of work, or closed during this Order, DOUGHERTY PUMP & DRILLING, INC. is committed to our customers and will remain open to support our essential infrastructure, water systems, homeowners and agricultural customers who rely on us to operate.

The Department of Homeland Security has determined that we are an essential business and have the right to continue to keep drilling wells, installing/repairing pumps, water systems, treatment systems and distribution systems.

All of our staff is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for the safety and security of our staff and our customers.

Please also note that due to circumstances beyond our control, we are finding as a result of this, certain suppliers have chosen to not support the essential businesses, therefore some materials and supplies are more difficult to obtain and require optional sources of materials which may result in abnormal prices and/or wait times.

DOUGHERTY PUMP & DRILLING, INC. does not condone price gouging or unfair pricing for labor and materials. If you feel you have been a subject of price gouging please contact us immediately so we may direct you to the proper reporting channels.
